Introducing the New Choral Section Leaders of the Epiphany Choir!
Andy Danh is a NYC-based singer/actor/musician. Originally from Atlanta, Andy is a graduate of Shorter College where he studied voice with Linda Lister. A member Actor’s Equity Association, Andy holds a private voice/piano/guitar studio in Queens. Previous appearances and credits include national tours of The King and I and Miss Saigon, Theater of the Stars, Kansas City Starlight, Wolf Trap, North Shore Music Theatre, Actor’s Express, Stage Door Players (Woody Award nominee for Best Actor), Pan Asian Repertory Theater, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Kennedy Center. Andy is a champion of new work and is best known for his collaborations with Baayork Lee, the National Asian Artist Project, the 52nd Street Project, and writer/composer Marcus Yi appearing on multiple recordings, staged readings, productions, and galas including NAAP’s Discover: New Musical series, Songmaking at the 52nd Street Project, BRICLab Brooklyn, The Daughter’s Collective, and 2017 TEDxBroadway presentation of Kids and Adults, Making Art Together as Equal Partners. As a singer/musician, Andy has worked with Robert Shaw’s Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, National Broadway Chorus, NAAP Broadway Community Chorus, Meridian Chorale, and served as Vocal Mentor for the National Children’s Chorus. Andy has previously served at Park Avenue Christian Church in NYC, Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church, St. Brigid Catholic Church, and St Luke’s Episcopal Church. Andy’s vocal and his Fender Telecaster “Blondie”can be heard at various studios across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Vrushabh Doshi is a filmmaker and musician based out of New York City. He currently serves as the Studio Producer at DDB Worldwide, where he is part of DDB New York’s internal production studio. He currently works with clients such as Kroger, Johnson & Johnson, Royal Canin and Unilever. Some of his previous production credits include Hulu's ‘Looking for Alaska’, Apple TV’s ‘Defending Jacob’, FOX’s ’The Orville’, ’Star Trek: Short Treks’ for CBS All Access, and PBS’ ‘Nova: Secrets of the Shining Knight’, which can be found on Netflix. He recently worked on the Emmy Award-winning VFX Production team for ’The Mandalorian: Season 1’, as well as ‘The Rise of Skywalker’. Vrushabh has worked in various development and production capacities for 20th Century Fox, Paramount Studios, Lucasfilm/ Walt Disney Studios, MTV and Blue Cerberus Animation. Vrushabh is also an active classical musician and has sung professionally in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York City, in both choral and operatic engagements. Some of these ensembles include Philadelphia Singers, Mendelssohn Club of Philadelphia, AVE and NOVA Vocal Ensemble. He has had the privilege of singing under esteemed conductors such as Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Helmuth Rilling, Ludwig Wicki, and Alan Gilbert. He currently studies voice with Darrell Babidge.
Audrey Fernandez-Fraser is a composer and singer of sacred music aspiring to bring the world closer to God through beauty. As a soprano soloist and chorister she sings throughout New York and New England, having performed frequently with the Schola at St. Agnes' Church in NYC, the St. Peter's Bach Collegium in New York, the Yale Schola Cantorum, First Lutheran Church of Boston, Canto Armonico (Boston), and the Harvard University Choir and Choral Fellows. For several months during the pandemic Audrey sang as a Byzantine chanter and chorister at weekly Orthros and Divine Liturgy services at St. Michael's Orthodox Church in Geneva, NY. In 2019 Audrey sang the role of the Guardian Angel in a historic performance of Emilio de' Cavalieri's sacred opera, "Rappresentatione di anima e di corpo" directed by Balint Karosi at St. Peter's Church in NYC. With Dr. Karosi she has performed countless Bach cantatas and Geistliche Lieder since 2012. Audrey has recorded much beloved old and new choral music with fellow composer and singer Erik-Peter Mortensen since 2017. A graduate of the Yale Divinity School and Institute of Sacred Music in 2016, Audrey studied voice and music previously at the American Bach Soloists Summer Academy and at Harvard College. A poet and composer of vocal and instrumental music, Audrey studied composition and conducting in Paris at the European American Musical Alliance (EAMA) in 2010 and 2011. Audrey is also a trained psychotherapist and psychospiritual coach specialized in supporting people with creative and spiritual vocations.
Anna Levenstein was raised in Jerusalem and had her first singing lesson with her grandmother at the age of five. She studied singing and specialized in Early Music Performance Practice at Mannes College of Music, the Royal Conservatory of Music in the Hague and Case Western Reserve University. Anna has sung with the women's ensemble of Sequentia, the Apollo's Fire chorus and Ensemble Ciaramella. Anna has over 20 years of experience as a church choir member at St. Paul's Episcopal in Cleveland Heights, Christ and St. Stephen's Episcopal church in NYC and as a frequent substitue in the St. Bartholomew's Church Choir. For the past few seasons she has been invited to sing at Church of the Epiphany as reinforcement to the choir and is thrilled to join the choir as a permanent member.
Anna lives on Roosevelt Island with her husband, Pascal, and their two children. In addition to choral singing, she teaches singing privately and works at a progressive preschool. She likes to sing, play and take walks with her two children and puppy.
Kyle Miller, originally from San Francisco, CA, has finished his graduate studies at The Juilliard School studying with Dr. Robert White. Miller recently performed at Carnegie Hall as the baritone soloist in Stravinsky’s Les Noces and at Alice Tully Hall in Stravinsky’s Pribaoutki. His prior operatic roles include Demetrius in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Moralès in Carmen with the Chautauqua Institution, Marquis de la Force in Dialogues des Carmélites and Conte Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro at The Oberlin Conservatory of Music where he received his Bachelor’s degree. Recently he was named an Encouragement Award Winner in the Metropolitan Opera’s National Council Competition. He completed his second season at the Opera Theatre of St. Louis Young Artist Program as a Gerdine Young Artist. Miller started singing as a boy soprano in the San Francisco Boys Chorus.
